§ 366-9. Display of identification card.

The Chief of Police shall issue to the person holding a license a card, in such form as may be set by the Chief of Police, which shall at all times be displayed on the passenger side of the rear window of each wrecker. The card shall bear the name of the owner, the rate of the charges, and a notice that in case of complaint the complainant may notify the Chief of Police, giving the license number of the wrecker.
