§ 366-11. Appeal.

An appeal to the Police Chief's ruling shall be filed with the Township Administrator within 10 calendar days of the Chief's decision. A hearing may be held within 30 calendar days of the filing, with a ruling forthcoming from the Administrator within 20 calendar days of the final hearing.
