§ 208-10. Violations and penalties.

In addition to the remedies provided in § 208-9, any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to:

A.
A fine not less than $100 nor exceeding $2,000.

B.
In addition to the fine, the court in its discretion may impose:

(1)
A term of imprisonment not exceeding 90 days.

(2)
Performance of community service not exceeding 90 days.
